I am a Ford bronco midsize 1967 to 74 lover. I know nothing about the 1986 full size Bronco or the 1986 Blazer. I have an opportunity to get a 1986 Blazer for approx free but needs a new carb, new paint (never) i'll primer it, and new seats. I'll worry about the seats later. Other then that I can drive it once i get the carb. I also have the opportunity to purchase a Bronco in very good condition. What are the difference in front suspensions? I have pretty much made my mind up to get the Blazer, but my understanding is the front suspension is difficult and expensive to replace with after market parts for the Blazer
Are the frames both durable, chasis drive lines etc......

I really enjoy seeing real 4WD
vehicles in real situations where they are needed. There
are so many highway bound posers that never go off the
pavement here that seeing life or death 4 wheeling in
Iceland is really refreshing.
