’99 Cruiser Lift and Tires?

I drive a 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser and was looking to lift it. The only lift I can find is an Old Man 2″ lift kit. Anyone know of anything bigger?

I drive this daily but love to take it wheeling, and my low ground clearance and skinny tires are not doing too hot. At the moment I have 33″ All Terrains, but was looking to upgrade to at least a 35″ Mud terrain (I know I can fit 34″ AT’s, I almost purchased those but the 33’s were on sale).

Also, anyone got any suggestions for some rim/tire combination? It’s a 5 lug wheel and was looking to put a wider tire on it.
