Formula Off Road Hella Iceland 2009 The Hella Formula Off Road race is usually the most fun event of the year. The first three tracks are the hill climbing followed by three timed courses with the river and the mud in the end. Because there are only two trucks registered for the modified street class, those two are moved into the unlimited class.
Formula Off Road NEZ and Icelandic Day 1 - The second Formula Off Road championship is also the first in the North European (NEZ) competition. Hella is just west of the now famous volcano Eyjafjallajokull that is just now finished its eruption. Tomorrow we´ll see another competition in the series at the same location.
Off Road Hella 2 2008 Today is the second round in the Formula Off Road World Cup series. It is also the second day of the off road event in Hella. The day offers nice weather and excellent conditions for driving. With two fewer tracks and fewer trucks the competition should go smoothly.
Off Road Hella 1 2008 - The first round in the World Cup also serves as the first in the Icelandic Championship in Formula Off Road. The race takes place at Hella in south Iceland. It is a beautiful day with clear skies and not too much wind.
Off Road Hella 2 2007 - The sixth round of the World Cup in Formula Off Road is also at Hella. The weather was pretty wild during the night and the wind is still blowing hard with plenty of dust and sand in the air. Probably a lot like a sandstorm in the Sahara desert!
Off Road Hella 1 2007 - The fourth and last round of the Icelandic Championship and the fifth round of the World Cup in Formula Off Road is at Hella in south Iceland. The competition starts as early as possible since the weather forecast looks ugly for the afternoon.
