Well, the army is known to be a big spender and yes the Hummer is pretty well equipped but it has its cons also. For one it is a lot of metal to carry around.

Sorry to tell tou, but the U.S. Military uses Humvees not Hummers. Hummers are the stupid suburbanite slob SUV's you see on the roads. They are built on Chevy frames. They are two different vehicles with a similar body.
