Unique Camping and Survival Vehicle Unveiled
The Campa Expedition Vehicle System (EVS) is a state-of-the-art self contained vehicle that has recently been brought to market by Campa USA.
North Ridgeville, OH (PRWeb) March 20, 2007 -- For over a year,
Campa USA has been
offering its Campa All Terrain Trailers to government organizations,
disaster management personnel and outdoor enthusiasts. The unique design
of the Campa All Terrain Trailer (ATT) and the Campa Disaster
Reconnaissance System (DRS) has been deemed innovative and
groundbreaking by many.

Furthering its portfolio of creative adventure and survival solutions,
the company recently completed manufacturing a Campa Expedition Vehicle
System (EVS), which is now available for purchase by the general public.
"We're excited about bringing the EVS to market," said Chris Cole,
president and founder of Campa USA.
He added, "This vehicle is state-of-the-art and incorporates the extreme
survival capabilities of our trailers."
Campa USA chose a 2007 Toyota Tacoma for the build platform. The modular
design of the Campa EVS easily transfers to other truck makes and
models. It is designed for new vehicles and is a completely
self-contained survival system. Options include a fridge/freezer, hot
water shower, sleeping quarters for four people, 17 gallon water tank,
water purification, fully fitted oak kitchen unit, protective cases,
GPS, a mobile communication system, and many more necessary extreme
survival components.

"Much like our trailers, emergency management officials, outdoor
enthusiasts, and extreme adventurers will greatly benefit from the EVS,"
noted Cole.
"Additionally, the optional mobile communication package provides an
excellent solution when communication is limited due to a disaster or
traveling in remote locations," he added.
The recent EVS project took seven weeks to complete and the company
anticipates a similar turn-around time for future orders.

With most components fabricated of stainless steel and aluminum, Cole
emphasized the product's durability and consequent ability to handle the
harsh and extreme conditions encountered in disasters and remote
expedition environments.
"It's our desire to be leaders in providing cutting-edge expedition and
survival solutions. I feel the EVS helps bring us one step closer to
that goal," he concluded.

I really enjoy seeing real 4WD
vehicles in real situations where they are needed. There
are so many highway bound posers that never go off the
pavement here that seeing life or death 4 wheeling in
Iceland is really refreshing.
